I have been struggling with my hair for last 6 months and I finally decided to find a professional who could color, cut and style my hair. I found this salon on google and I called for availability and the young lady who answered sounded super nice. I scheduled an appointment and went in. I was very nervous at first as I knew I was making a big decision with having someone bleach and color my natural hair and not know their work. Chi Chi was super nice and very informative. She walked me through and explained everything that she was doing. Once she finished bleaching my hair she walked me through the depositing of my color step. She informed me of how to maintain the moisture as well as doing a deep conditioner weekly. She was extremely patient and friendly which really helped. She personalized the color for me to my liking. Afterwards she cut my hair into a style and applied all of her amazing products. I love love my hair. She did an amazing job!!! I would highly recommend Chi Chi as you will not be disappointed. You have to try her soaps also. I tried them and I love them. She has a new loyal customer.

I have used their moisturizing shampoo & conditioner for over a year and my hair has grown and has a soft, silky texture. They use 100% organic ingredients. Read the labels! No water like other products. I highly recommend if you suffer from breakage or want to grow your hair and edges. 5 stars! Hairstyling

Sorry to say the salon does not handle themselves professionally. I went in for a quick weave and received a painful sew in style that did not match my natural hair. My hair was colored to brassy orange and my weave was light blonde. I provided a photograph of what I wanted and the stylist did what SHE wanted causing the front of my hair to crawl up (I’m natural) not blend at all. I told get I was unhappy and when I asked for a refund within 12 hours. Was told the owner would call me ..never got a call but I did get an INSTAGRAM MESSAGE saying I could get $100. I had the stylist remove my hair and. She was a colleague but she refused my refund. Do not go here for extensions or color. She can cut. But this place is not ethical. These photos were taken when I woke up the next morning. 12 hours later.

If I could give zero stars I would ….I had her do a lace wig for me for an important event and told her about it but when she did my installation she didn’t even use proper product to install the lace she used got2b glue for everything the back of the lace wasn’t even glued down the front didn’t blend at all and felt like she was rushing . I don’t recommend coming here if you want to try something different. Then when I asked in the beginning did she know how to melt a lace she lied and said she could but the day of it was a nightmare.

Dach Spa is a new, modern establishment and the decor tastefully reflects that with a certain minimalism. I visited Dach because my stylist relocated there. Staff was courteous and the place has a laid back feel in general. My stylist Linda B was excellent, as she always is. This is not Great Clips. You’re going to pay a good deal more. And it’s worth every penny. They offer pretty much every hair related service you’d need. I’ll be back.

Great experience!! Went her for the first time and the owner was amazing! She corrected my hair color and also gave me great tips to take care of hair she also did my daughter hair! We both are very satisfied and very happy. Highly recommend her!! I’m from North Carolina and the next time I’m in the area I will make it a point to come to her!!!

Do not go to Dach Spa. The hairdressers Linda could not do a simple haircut. Went in for a layered haircut and left with a haircut a child could’ve done better, just chopped, uneven layers. One side noticeably longer than the other, very poor work. I asked for her to fix it and she made it worse so I just left. She said she had many years experience, I don’t know how, her work seems as if she never picked up a scissor before. Completely disappointed, upset, and angry that I have to go somewhere else cut my hair even shorter just to fix the disastrous job this place did. Anyone writing a positive review must be the paid to do so. Nothing positive about this place, also very overpriced. Haircut was $55, was told by the stylist that next time I should go in with just washed, wet hair to save $10. Very unprofessional, inexperienced and overpriced place. DO NOT GO.

Great experience! I came in to get my hair washed, set, and trimmed. My hair looks so much healthier after leaving Dach Spa and the owner Chimena gave me tips on what to do and not to do! Overall it was a great experience and it didn’t even take away my entire day. Definitely will come back.

Best Dominican Hair Salon in Jacksonville, FL. Best prices and quality. Very Good Customer Service. I am an African American Natural Sista and I’ll be the first to say my hair is a job. They also do Massages, Extensions and Micro Blading. I will be returning. Great Experience. Not 1 complaint.
