From walking in the door I was greatest and treated very kindly!! It was clean and super friendly with no wait!!! I got a #6 pedicure by miss Amy!! She was great!! I have bad ingrown toe nails and without telling her she found them and took care of them! Not to mention she putt me to sleep with the complimentary massage while I let the hot towels do their thing!! I’m telling u I was so relaxed and truly enjoyed my “me time”!! I went to this nail salon as soon as the doors opened this morning for a pedicure. A few weeks ago, I cut my own toenails and they grew in crooked, with a sharp edge growing into my big toe. The technician reshaped my toenails beautifully! I got the luxury pedicure which was so relaxing. I’ll definitely be going back here.

Got a pedicure which was good, however I also got acrylics that left my nails all bloody and they physically hurt and sting. When my nails were getting cut down for shape, they were cut with the scissors facing down and chunks of the side of my fingers were cut off. An acrylics set is $34 and I was told he would cut my cuticles for an extra $5, which I didn’t mind. However, apparently I got a manicure for an extra $16. Now why would I pay that when I left with my fingers not only bleeding but hurting? Isn’t a manicure supposed to accomplish the opposite?

Hello, I am writing this review to advise anybody from going to this salon. I wrote a previous review about being charged for a manicure, on top of acrylics on top of the cost for the length of my nails. My nail tech cut live skin, my cuticles way too far and opened it up. At first it only bled, so I waited before I said anything. It has now progressed to a severe infection, which I am taking antibiotics for. I am certain their equipment is not sterile as my nail is only getting worse by the day, and my doctor has told me to never go back. I might have to remove my natural nail as this is that severe.

first of all every lady there was so incredibly nice to me, and they followed my reference picture perfectly. They always made sure that I liked what they were doing and every step of the way, and my nail tech was very gentle on my cuticles without me asking even if she didn’t know I had sensitive skin. 10/10, thank you Ruby and everyone there for giving me an amazing experience
