Horrible. I chose to go to new place rather than one I usually go to. Very Rushed. Almost like she didn’t care about the hearts. Asked her to re do both hearts and white french tip she grabbed my hand all rude and still rushed everything she didn’t care how i felt. On top of the very poor work she charged me 70$ and didnt even tell me the correct price till she was done w everything but the hearts even tho i called beforehand and asked how much they’d be , i was told 35$ so make it make sense how the things were 70$ and i didn’t even get the design i originally wanted because she said it’d cost EVEN more. Everyone i’ve told the price to an showed my nails to have said they’re definitely not worth 70$ the very most 45-50$ . Overall just very mad. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone. The pictures here do not show how bad they look in person. Also we had an apt made and had to wait an hour to get them done. horrible.

My first time getting my nails done with my girlfriend as she convinced me and I was really nervous because I’ve never got it done before. The owner was really nice and calmed me down then told me that biting your nails can lead to infections or inflammation. I’ve never had an experience like this before, I’d most definitely come back again, the process was easy and painless. So if any guys out there are worried about getting your nails done, I’d say dont worry about it cause it was a fast and pain free experience.

I gave two stars simply for the fact that they are fast and polite. I used to give this location a good review. No more. Had them remove my acrylics because they were poorly done. They were lumpy and uneven. Not only did they remove them improperly, burning my fingers in the process, they gave me ring of fire on all 10 nails. It has taken 6 months to grow out the damage they caused. Due to this horrible experience I actually went to school to become a licensed nail technician instead of trusting places like this.

I see many people complain of the price it’s because Candy doesn’t have any posted and if you want things done your way she’ll charge you more in the end. I showed up to get a fill, my original nails were done elsewhere well she talked so much trash on my nail lady and the man next to me was doing the same thing to his client. This is not the way to get repeat business and it makes your customers feel so uncomfortable. Well in the end she charged for full set because it was just to disgusting for her to work on my nails that someone else originally did.

Candy is wonderful as are the two males who work there. I’ve had pedicures and manicures from them all and they’ve always turned out great. I have been going to Candy for almost 2 years and usually she does a good job so I have never complained about the small issues, however this time I just didnt like my nails and the only way to fix them was too do a new set and instead of taking responsibility for her mistake she charged me for the new set $55 the day after I just paid $35 for my fill and also spent another $155 on top of that for my daughter and granddaughters services. I feel that she should have not charged me for the new set because it was her mistake in the first place so I will be taking my business to another salon. This is bad business in my opinion.

The towels laid across the tables looked very dirty, they used pages of magazines to catch the product from drilling and such but the nail tech next to the station I was at did not dispose of the magazine page after completing someone else’s nails, you could tell they had been used several times. They did not use new files, and all of the tools they used were fairly dirty.
