The ladies at this salon are always so kind!! This is a busy place, I feel like people walk in and expect to be sat immediately, it takes less than 5 minutes to call and schedule an appointment! I recently scheduled a same day appointment (Saturday) and got in for a pedicure, manicure, and waxed my eyebrows and lip all for under $100 (and that was WITH tip)

They woman who did my nails is very nice and friendly. However….she did fills on nails I’d gotten at a different shop (some had lifted and they “repaired” and filled). Sadly the same, and more, nails lifted after that. I am not used to that happening. I’m a nail tech so I know the complete application procedure was not followed, that’s probably why they lifted.

Critical: QualityI went is on November 21st to get a full set of acrylic nails and they didn’t even last a full day I was refused a refund so I went back and got another full set free of charge the second set I got done on November 24th and as of today November 30th my acrylic nails have broke not even a full week of having them.According to Cosmopolitan, a full set of acrylic fake nails can last anywhere from six to eight weeks. However, you need to visit your favorite nail technician every 2 to 3 weeks to fill in the space created by the growth of your natural nails. My nails literally popped off and broke and I didn’t even have them for 24 hours and when I went to ask them for a refund they said no and said that they would just fix them but I didn’t have time so I left with a bunch of broken pieces of nails in my hand. Highly disappointed and don’t recommend going here. I posted a picture of my nails in the photos.

Really bad customer service. I got my eyebrows done there and she left burnt marks on my eyebrows and also she was very rude when I asked her not to touch the tail of my eyebrows because of previous experience. She didn’t clean my eyebrows properly and the tools they used seemed unsanitary. Will post pics later
