Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueShe was very rude from the start, not being helpful on what I wanted. As soon as I walked in they quickly then seated my mom and her friend down to get pedicures to only have their feet soaking in water for 30 minutes without any product in the water. I Than wanted a refill and the nail tech was trying to rush me to pick a color because she couldn’t do the same color which they did have. They told me they didn’t have it. She then proceeded to filling my nails without soaking them to the point my nails were hurting and the pain became unbearable. This was our first time here and the service overall was so terrible. You can even seen in the picture her telling us what ! The nails they placed were smaller than mine , to top it of they did them really thick. Very unsatisfied.

Love this place! Never disappointed in the service. I just wish they offered dipping powder refills. They said they remove and replace but do not refill. Still, I’ll be returning often for pedis. Very affordable.

Went yesterday for a full set. Nails are not even, badly shaped, the polish job was really bad. I was getting shellac and she polished my nails twice and it was so bad. Finally the third time around was half way decent. After 3 hours I leave and one thumb nail broke before I could drive out of the parking lot. By this morning the nail polish on both thumb nails came right off after I showered. The other nails have bubbles in the polish. Do Not Waste your time or money on this place. Bad service.

If I could I would give it no stars. The guy nail tech doing my friends pedicure watched videos on his cell phone. I asked him what he was watching and he was rude to me and acted like it was none of my business. We asked him how long he had been doing nails and he said 6 years, we asked him if he liked it he said it’s a job, you work then go home. The pedicure was maybe 20 minutes long at the most. They just shoved our feet around being totally rude and unprofessional.The implements weren’t sanitized. The pulled them right out of their drawer. I then watched someone wash a filthy dustpan in the sink where we are supposed to wash our hands using a nail brush to scrub it. I’m a cosmetologist and this is totally unsanitary and potentially dangerous. Please don’t go here! Terrible service!

Did not like this place at all, but I went here a couple of times in the past because it was close to my house. I asked for French tip & the lady with the deep voice was distracted the whole time, kids fighting and yelling right next to me as the whole family just talk aloud not reprimanding them. My ears still hurt from the screams. But anyways, hated my nails though. They came out so fat and square not square-round like I asked her to do. Plus she places the French tip in the middle of my nail bed & made my nails look fat with club fingers. Also brought my mom and sister here before and they didn’t like it either. So unless I’m desperate and nothing else is open I will not be back.

i literally just went to change my nail color and they had to redo it 3 times because of how bad of a job they did! i definitely do not recommend this place to anyone. i didn’t pay them for “fixing my nail color” he left a piece of my nail unpainted and left it like that BAD SERVICE 100%.

Went in for a quick pedi and gel mani. First of all, everyone there is rude. The woman doing my pedi had the toes on my left foot BLEEDING (and I don’t have any crazy hobbit feet either) and she wouldn’t give any warning whatsoever when she’d yank out any hang nails. As for the mani, she was trying to give me a full set when I didn’t want that at all, and it ended up being the sloppiest manicure I’ve ever received in my life. I have gel all over the skin of my fingers and my nails look nowhere near “manicured.” They also don’t seem to sanitize anything so I’m praying I don’t end up with some kind of infection. Don’t waste your time or money.
