I would give this place ZERO STARS if that was an option. I walked in a 10:25AM. I just wanted a regular pedicure even though the nail tech tried to convince me to get the deluxe pedicure. I work A LOT and hardly get to show my toes but wanted one day to get my car’s oil changed and relax by getting a simple pedicure. I didn’t want the deluxe. I stood my ground and said simple pedicure. She said ok and I had my feet waiting in lukewarm water. Everything was fine.

I went here out of convenience. I was hoping to get my oil change but the auto center was closed at 9am for some reason. I got a pedicure anyway. I didn’t have to wait. They seem to have enough nail techs to work on you so you don’t have to wait. I appreciate how cautious they are with covid, having barriers all around. Not enough places do this, imo. I found this place clean and I wasn’t upsold at all. My nail tech was nice, but she was sloppy. I guess this place is a hit or miss with their nail techs. I’m not too disappointed though. I spent 45 bucks which included a French tip, hot stone massage, a mask, and paraffin ( sp?) wax. My toes look like I did them myself, but they’re still cute and my legs and feet are super soft and appreciate that I didn’t have to wait or have a rude, uncomfortable experience.

Critical: Professionalism, QualityI should have read the reviews before going here. The man who did my pedicure did not listen at all. I had to ask for nails to be cut down 3 times. He did not clean under my nails. I had to ask and he only did two toes, put a way too hot towel on me, burnt my toe on the gel setting light and painted the wrong color. I have given up my that paying it was only a couple shades off. The color set weird and three toes color is off. Not a good experience. My daughter manicure was better. I should have read the reviews before going here. The man who did my pedicure did not listen at all. I had to ask for nails to be cut down 3 times. He did not clean under my nails. Critical: ProfessionalismWhile my nails ended up being pretty in the end, I was disappointed in the price. I had an inspiration picture for the artist and was told it would be about $45. When they didn’t have those colors I specifically asked if a marble design that I had a picture for would be the same price. I was told yes. When my nail artist got done she told me it would be $55! She said that marble was more expensive. This was upsetting. Wouldn’t go back. That’s $15 more than I would usually spend. I also went with my sister who was cut 3 times and had lumpy polish done by a different nail tech. Ridiculous.
