I am unhappy the way she did my nails, the older Asian lady did them and didn’t fill them, well actually she did but then filed them around the edge! Looks like I need a rebase or fill on the same day. A Trick to get you back sooner! And to charge an extra $19+ for gel polish! Won’t go back! Acrylic nails

Went in because the other 2 nails places in the area were extremely busy and I really needed a refill. I am glad I stopped in though, because Nicole W. was wonderful! She was quick and she did a really great job and a really good price! Will definitely be going back to Nicole in a few weeks when it’s time for a new set!

If I could give a negative star I would horrible customer service. I called and lady said they accept walk ins I was only 5 minutes away I get there and she said no we don’t accept walk ins and couldn’t do the nails with a rude attitude I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THERE,

They advertise on a large full scale banner 2 pedis for $39.95 Mon & Tues only. But do not tell you once you request gel that it’s another $19.95 upcharge for the gel polish! That’s more expensive than another nail place at regular pricing! Owner didn’t care that we complained and the pedi was so fast and cheap, didn’t remove the previous gel polish with any acetone presoak, just filed it down. Their practices are cheap and low and it showed in their deceiving advertising. Never going back!

Very disgusted in this place , women used the same tools for every pedicure and did not wash them , the customer service was horrible women doing the pedicure looked like she did not want to do her job and had a horrible attitude. Women also left me after touching my feet did not wash her hands and went to do a customers eyebrows . Worst experience ever and do not recommend anyone to ever go there .

I had an appointment for a pedicure that I made a week ago and arrived at the salon 10 minutes early to select my polish and tell the staff I was there for my appointment. They had me sit for a soak and left me there as they took a walk in customer who came in after me for a pedicure and left me sitting. I asked when I could expect service and was told when a tech finished with her current customer. I got up and left never to return.
