I paid for the Manager to put acrylics on for my Sister-in-law’s Birthday. I’d seen him do a beautiful job before especially painting designs on customer’s nails. He did a horrible job. I had to take her to someone else that same day to fix the painted mess he did. Within a day two of the acrylic nails fell off. She was so upset with her nails she asked me to soak the others off to remove them. That’s it for me. I won’t go back. This is the third time this salon has done a lousy “half-A” job. When I got my feet done they didn’t remove the dry skin and they were as rough as when I went in. The time before that the lady was in such a hurry to leave she left paint smudged all over my big toes from her rushing to get done. It pays to make an appointment at one of the nicer newer salons and wait for the professionals to give you what you ask/pay for.

Initially came here for a full set by Cindy, which was great. However, when I scheduled for my fill, I asked for a specific time and was confirmed in the time frame I requested. When I got there, I was told that my appointment wasn’t for two more hours. Couldn’t be squeezed in or accommodated. I ended up leaving, since I don’t live close by and couldn’t just come back later.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueMy daughter got birthday money and she wanted to get her nails. Went to this salon and had a worst experience. They were miss shaped and had mistakes in the paint and the lady charged my daughter $66. That happened on Saturday and by Monday she had 2 nails already fall off. It was a horrible experience. She came home crying. The fact that we were charged twice as much of what is posted at store and almost triple what is posted on the website. And the looked horrible and didn’t even last 2 days. My daughter got birthday money and she wanted to get her nails. Went to this salon and had a worst experience. They were miss shaped and had mistakes in the paint and the lady charged my daughter $66. That happened on Saturday and by Monday she had 2 nails already fall off. It was a horrible experience. Went to treat myself figured they’re always busy when I go to Walmart so I figured they were pretty good place to go keep in mind I am from New Jersey up by New York Philadelphia Atlantic City where you get high in service I wasn’t expecting that out of a salon in Walmart but I was expecting my nails look like normal nails not like clubs like there’s 12 in of gel polish on top of my nails I asked for a simple like French manicure type and the tips are double the size as a regular nails and top it off they didn’t even cut the nails underneath the put the nail tips on and half the nail has no polish on it so I will be going someplace tomorrow and playing again to get them fixed this time the right way after I already paid $110 for my nails and pedicure I’m still trying to figure that one out

I was unimpressed with their customer service. They did not have a color I wanted, and I was trying to decide which one I wanted. He became impatient and very rude. The quality of my nails was also sub-par to other places in town. Overall, I won’t be going back. And if you want to take your nails off, do not go to them and pay for it. All they do is take another nail and pop them off. No soaking or anything. Very painful.
