Busy, only one person there to do everything. Hurt my finger, plus polish started coming off 2 days after getting painted. Had to ask about having lotion and a hand massage. My daughter didn’t even get ,lotion and hand massage. Will not go back. Manicure

First of all letme start off by saying I never review anything but this place really went above and beyond! ( i joined google just to write this) I had really only come in to inquire about pricing, etc. But once I saw my options I decided to go for it. Skilled technicians . The gel also looks great! My nails ended up being horrible. I only had a gel polish manicure. The manicureppart was nonexistent. The polish had so many thick spots and bubbles that it began coming off within 2 days. I can normally go nearly 3 weeks!

Nails were all different thicknesses. She didn’t go all the way back to my cuticles so the nails looked grown out the second day. She also cut me on 4 different fingers I was bleeding and she didn’t say anything and then charged me $15 extra than she said it was gonna be. Would not recommend.

I’ve done my nails enough times by myself that I could have done every bit as good of job, and after looking at them closer when I got home. well let’s just say I won’t be going back. I could have done it better. Its just hard to do my right hand on myself. Then they told me 25 and charged my 35 in the end…. I don’t care if they have a lot of experience….. that’s not very good customer service. I will not be going back ever, and I will be finding someone else in the future.

I have been here twice for the deluxe pedicure. Yes, it cost me sixty dollars, but the service was awesome and my feet felt like heaven when I walked out the door. I have neuropathy, so it is important to me that my feet are handled right. The polish and pedicure were perfect. You get what you pay for. Update:12-24-17: They are still awesome. I have been here 7 more times and have NEVER had bad service. The people that work here are super nice too.

Horrible!!! My daughter and I went there. I usually do mine and hers myself, however I wanted to treat myself. They are the worst acrylic nails I have ever seen. The tips do not fit properly, they are straight instead of curved, he made my daughter bleed, he said it was 25 and at the end he charged 30 each. I will NEVER go there again, and I highly recommend that no one else goes either. I don’t see how they keep there doors open.

I’ve gotten my nails done for over 5 years and these are the worst nails I’ve ever gotten. The guy who did it was very rough, and burned my nail beds with the drill. The paint job is awful. Don’t waste your money. The state of Montana has better nail techs.

I came here with my mom a few days before mothers day. I was glad that they still accepted us about half an hr before closing. There was 2 ppl working, the guy continued on some ladies hands, and the lady started my mother’s and my pedicure. We asked for the same package, but they just rushed through my mom’s and didn’t give her the full service as listed, she probably on received about half of the advertised service. I felt like they were kinda pushing us aside to service a couple came in halfway through our pedicure. They were probably one of their regulars or favorites, cuz they made my mom and me scoot down to the other massage chairs which weren’t working, so that this couple could get the working chairs, I dont know why else they would have moved us. Then I mentioned the chair wasn’t working, and the guy seemed to play it off. They left us half way done in our pedicure and were paying more attention to giving better service to this other couple, and then”eventually” got around to us. I felt almost avoided, like some 3rd class citizen. This was my first time here and I also didn’t know it was more expensive to get a French tip pedicure than full toe pedicure, which I also wasn’t notified of until after when charged, but maybe that was listed and I didnt see..Idk. The girl doing my nails didn’t know how to French tip toes, so I had to wait for the guy to get unoccupied and paint them for me. I just didn’t appreciate being moved over to not working chairs, then pretty much ignored.I don’t like to leave bad reviews, but I really did not appreciate the service this day
