Called and was quoted one price and then when I got there and finished was a $40 difference. I feel that they are so busy and try to get as many customers in as possible they don’t take the time to make sure customers are satisfied. Left looking like my nails already needed to be refilled two weeks ago.

I went in for a regular acrylic set which is priced at $25. I ask a question about the shellac and they assumed thats what i wanted and made me pay for it. Even though thats not what i wanted. Through the nail visit i told the tech that 4 of my nails were crooked and she didnt listen. She only fixed one. And when she cut and filled my nails she di it super crooked and bad. She also said the color i picked out was ugly and “assured” me to get another color. I picked one and the color i put on was much lighter than i wanted. They had 2 techs in there trying to do 3 peoples nails at once and it was ridiculous. My nails are super ugly and i paid for something i didnt want and they didnt care what so ever. WILL NEVER GO BACK!!!

The shop was great. I wanted the $25 acrylic nails came out with the $40 shellac nail job and I had even repeated what I only wanted the acrylic. Now not.going back!

If the one girl they call Vickie or Tom is there it’s a good place for pedicures.. The new people are very hatful and don’t do a very good pedi leaves rough skin… That’s why I can only give a 3, because your chances of catching either of these two are slim I think they had to go back to Vietnam..
