When I showed up I had to wait an hr then I asked for med to long nails when asked if I was ok with length I agreed but once she filed them and filed them I ended up with short nails I was not asked the shape or anything I asked for 3 colors and wanted each nail different so after 25 min of getting my short somewhat square or oval nails done I got so upset asked for her to do them right and was told I got what I wanted very rude and inpatient and there was nobody else waiting so why rush when we pay for good service I want a redo!!! And I know the manager he’s very nice and have been for yrs

Today I went to have my old dip powder nails removed. The lady literally took a nail tip, and pushed underneath powdered nails to be removed which hurt.Ask weather she had removal you soak nails in to remove the dip.She carried on painful ripping the powder nails off. Didn’t cut nails short, or file smoothly like I asked, and me leaving with my nails hurting and having to cut and even my nails at home. She wasn’t friendly at all. I will never allow this woman on anything, and I will will take my services somewhere else. Not professional at all.

My daughter and I were walk-ins for a pedicure. My daughter got hers first. Then a woman that came in after us got her pedicure with no explanation to me why I had to wait. When I went to pay, they said “cash only”. It wasn’t because their machine was down. It was because they needed cash. There was no sign saying cash only. My daughter had to get cash to make up the difference for what I didn’t have in cash. I will not go there again

I was able to just call and come in. They are super friendly. I got the top of the line pedi package. 45$ Gel polish! Then a mani, kinda disappointing because I thought a mani was lotion included rubbed in hands and arms. Not just nails? I grow my own nails so she did a quick trim, cuticle and gel polish. I feel over priced on this. Because 45$ for nail trim and gel polish? Total 95$ not including tip . Probably won’t be going back. Not really recommending this place.

Very nice people all around, but the technician started on mine and then walked away to do a costumer who just walked in. I had been waiting for a while and she was done before I was. Another 20 minute wait for someone to complete my set. The lady didn’t even ask what shape I wanted and did what she wanted. She got irritated when the nail polish was running out just a tad bit as well.

I went and got gel and let’s say it was not the best experience. I have short not super strong nails. But when she was buffing the nail for the polish she kept scraping the skin and cuticle around the nail and it hurt. I had a few nicks with blood. Then when she was applying the polish she covered some of my cuticle and did a pretty bad job keeping clean lines. Polish was even under my nail after curing. She didn’t do enough coats and with the streaky job she did it cured where you could see it was not opaque. And at the end she didn’t file my nails so I had jagged bits on the end she left that I had to file at home. It looks like I did it myself and I should not have paid someone to do this job when I could have done it myself. It was an overall awful experience. I don’t remember her name but she was awful and she immediately went on her phone after. Will never go back.
