Critical: ProfessionalismI told the man several times he was hurting me I have 3 cuts from the emery board and got burns from the electric grinder he was using. I have 2 nails that aren’t completely covered with the clear finish . I do dips for my nails. He is the older gentleman working there. He got up and left me sitting. I’m guessing it was his wife that told me I was done and I could leave. I would not recommend this place to anyone. I told the man several times he was hurting me I have 3 cuts from the emery board and got burns from the electric grinder he was using. I have 2 nails that aren’t completely covered with the clear finish . I do dips for my nails. He is the older gentleman working there. He got up and left me sitting. My experience here was terrible. The staff wasn’t very friendly at all in fact at one point the guy working on my nails told me to relax my hand I told him that I could not because he was hurting me and he just laughed 0 out of ten would recommend the staff does not care and is rude. Go somewhere else! Also I just wanted to add that the polish they did later about four days and when I called and griped they told me to come down and they would fix it but when I got there they treated me aweful and like I did something wrong or should have paid for more expensive polish.

Went to Da Vi Nails in Walmart in McAlester Ok today 8-9-18 for a pedicure. The salon was clean, and everyone was nice. Except for my tech. I had a male tech, mid forties, thin, he wore a hat with the letter D on it but I never got his name. He started off by trimming my cuticles and he kept pinching healthy tissue, the when removing the skin from my feet he caught the 3rd toe on my left foot with the grater and cut off the top of my 3rd toe on my left foot. It bled so bad that the female tech had to walk away because she was squeamish. Any way after about 10 minutes of holding pressure my toe was still bleeding, he applied nail glue to it so he could finish my pedicure. It stopped bleeding. He did apologize but the damage was already done. I would like to add that my cousin was with me and she received the best pedicure she’s ever had and tipped her young male tech $10.00 he was so good. To top it off I was still charged $25.00 for the pedicure and he was not good. Even if he hadn’t cut the tip of my toe off I wouldn’t have tipped him. If I go back I will not let that man touch me.

Having a Nail Salon in wal-mart is an awesome idea. I get my nails done and my car serviced at the same time and my boyfriend loves the fact he can hang out at electronics during my pampering. I love it.
