Eric (sp) does splendid work! If I’d only have ever experienced his work and professional attitude, I’d still be going there today, and giving 5 stars here today! However, the last 2 times I went in, I was turned away, no one would help me. The older man that does nails, had no other clients to service but one, and I was totally content waiting. He was intent on not helping me. Did this to me 2 times before I realized I’d rather pay someone who’s nice, and understands what it means to behave in a mannerly fashion. When i realized later how badly the nails looked and called, he argued, got nasty and hung up on me! It is the business job to ensure quality service and clear understanding, not the customer.
