I went in and had a manicure and shellac. It was the worst manicure I’ve ever gotten, you can not tell that I even got one and the shellac chipped within 2 days on several nails, once while I was trying my shoe. It was a complete waste of money and I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueTERRIBLE. Do not waste your time or money. Went in to get acrylic set with regular nail polish ($35). I asked for two stripes on the tips of my nails (with no base color) just clear nails, super easy. Was charged $50. My nails physically burned so bad during the process I almost made them stop. The acrylics are way too big on my nails, they are glued to my skin and some are even crooked. My nails look nothing like I asked for, to the point that a male tech walked behind to see my nails and LAUGHED. furthermore, a friend came with me and asked for the most basic pedicure (sign states $18) and they charged her $25 with no explanation. My nails took the same amount of time as her pedicure too, and I was up charged as well. If I could report these people I would, but I guess a bad review is all I can do for now. Frequently visit this salon for over a year now. It’s my go-to and I’ve tried a handful of others in town. The gentleman tech shapes my natural nails to perfection. No one else takes their time and gets them just how I like them the way he does. And they are reasonably priced.

This place is horrible! My 7 year old daughter and I went to get our nails done here and I got an acrylic French tip and I had nail polish on and she didn’t even take all my nail polish off before starting my nails. Then she had the acrylic on one of my nails thin on one side and thick on the other and when I said something about it she got an attitude. And now 3 days later my nails are falling off, not peeling or broke off, falling off. And there’s bubbles in the acrylic that is very noticeable. This place is a waste of business and I WILL NOT ever go back. I wouldn’t even take my dog here! It sucks

I had solar nails done less then 2 weeks ago there because I couldn’t see my normal lady and my nails are absolutely atrocious. I’ve lost 2 nails now and you can tell the difference between what my lady did and what they did, terrible product quality cheap material. When I went to ask about them fixing these terrible nails they acted like they didn’t know who I was and refused to fix them or refund me. Do not get your nails done here its a waste of money.

I had a shellac pedicure here a week ago. The polish has completely peeled off of several toes. No swimming or water except showering. Also more expensive than other places in Claremore. Very disappointing.
