I thought I would receive the same quality and professionalism since it is a chain. WRONG! My nails turned out terrible and they were just unfriendly. I sat in a pedicure chair for about 45 minutes with no offer to run water to soak my feet or anything. Then the pedicurist thought it was funny that I am terribly ticklish on certain areas of my feet and purposefully used a light touch on those areas. So, instead of being relaxing, it was torturous! The only thing I can say is that they were cheap ($102 for deluxe pedi and full set of acrylics), but so is the quality of their work.Never, never, never again! Never, never, never again! I went here because I had previously used Davi Nails in Benton before I moved. I thought I would receive the same quality and professionalism since it is a chain. WRONG! I enjoyed the atmosphere, and the nail tech who took care of me and gave me what I wanted. I paid $40 for acrylics (Ballerina Shaped) and black gel polish. I gave a tip of $20 making my total $60. Wait time was 5-7 minutes.

I got my pedicure here done and the service was amazing and unexpected. I’ve never had the callus scraping done before and after seeing how much was removed I was shocked and after my feet felt AMAZINGLY SOFT ! My fiancé couldn’t stop rubbing and kissing my feet after coming home lol

Made a 2 o’clock appointment and was asked to wait 5 mins so he could finish, cool I’m fine. AN HOUR LATER he says 5 more mins, no that’s not ok. Horrible shaping of my nails. Poor acrylic work. Over charged me for 2 fixes and asked me to pay $40 For a paint. Are you kidding me? Only reason I stopped here ie because they are open on a Sunday and it was urgent. I will NEVER return. Customers in the store at the time were even confused on why he asked me to pay so much. Horrible experience. Never again. I will be sure to tell anyone willing to listen what a bad excuse of a nail salon this is.

I think they do good work, but there always on the phone or texting. Hasn’t anyone told them that when your at work the phones are put away, until your break or lunch….So it takes much longer …
