My friend and I came in today for a small bridal shower self care day, and we couldn’t be more thrilled with the service and quality of job done on our nails!! I got a full set shellac nails, while the bride-to-be got a gel manicure. Both of us can’t stop staring at our nails! My nail tech was super attentive to detail and truly cared about giving me what I was looking for, and my friends nails went beautifully; she loves the color. Critical: QualityThe salon I normally go to wasn’t available today. I normally would wait but I had already broken 3 nails so I wanted to get in and get them taken care of. My nails are all different shapes and lengths. I have acrylic all over my skin, some of them have acrylic completely over my cuticle and the nail bed part is higher than the rest of my finger. There is paint on my skin and they are so rough like they weren’t filed correctly. To top it off I paid as much for them as I would for the exact same design on a NEW SET at my regular salon and this was only a fill. I’m pretty sure the person who did my nails doesn’t normally do acrylics because other ppl kept coming over and trying to fix what she had done without thinking i had a clue. Awful. She cut my finger with the nail file, you can see my original nails on the sides and they are not all the same length. When I complained, they literally just yippee about me in their own language the shrugged their shoulders! She literally made me bleed! I will not return. On top of that, they charged me $50!!
