Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueWent in for a pedicure and manicure with my daughter, tried to pick a color off the shelf the owner kept saying “no no no polish only gel. Only gel color” and brought over another palate. So I picked a color, thinking okay this how things are done here. (some places are just like that) she begins running water and asks which pedi I would like. I stated that we wanted the basic treatments, was never warned that gel polish is more. I had dip color made on my fingers, they look horrible and are nearly transparent. She made my fingers bleed with the polisher. The total price ended up being $235.00, which totally floored me. My daughter’s nail polish has already come off 2 days later. Went in for a pedicure and manicure with my daughter, tried to pick a color off the shelf the owner kept saying “no no no polish only gel. Only gel color” and brought over another palate. Critical: QualityI had a dip manicure done here 4 days ago. The dip has already just popped off of 3 of my nails and I work a pretty cushy job and I’m not hard of my nails at all. At $60 for this manicure, I hoped they would have stayed on longer than 3 or 4 days.Service: Manicure

I went in to have her fix it and she filed my nails so much she took off the nail on top. It was incredibly painful and she argued that she didn’t do anything wrong…never going there again.Service: Pedicure
