I had an appt and they were still overwhelmed…technician switched spots with another to finish me and when she was done applying my acrylics, I felt like an alien. The polish was pretty but my nails looked completely unnatural. What a waste of $70.

Wasn’t impressed with my nails or the design….they didn’t look anything like the picture I showed the lady. Also the next morning while I was washing my dishes my gel polish they painted on my acrylic nails literally rubbed off in my dish water!! The prices on their “menu” are NOT what they charge you. I literally go black acrylic nails with red glitter and they charged me 65 bucks! I will never ever go back there! The people were friendly but only to get your money!

The male technician did a speedy and beautiful job on my acrylic nail and gel. However, I had a nail crack and chip in less than 3 days. I have been getting acrylic nails for over 10 years and have not had that happen so soon. I called the salon to inquire about having it fixed. I was told that I can come in and get it fixed. I was not asked to make an appointment to do so. I arrive at the salon and was told that I would have to wait at least 30 minutes to be seen because they were busy and that I should have made an appointment. I completely understand and actually prefer making an appointment but was not offered one when I called. I requested a refund which they refused. It was a huge inconvenience for something that could and should have only taken 10 minutes to fix. This is not my normal salon. I was able to go to my normal salon who got me in within 5 minutes in-between clients and fixed my nail free of charge.
