My sister and I usually only go for manicures and pedicures maybe once a year or so when I’m in town visiting. And we typically only get standard nail polish – mostly because we didn’t know any better. This is the first time we’ve been to Da-Vi and we had a great time. They were so personable. They suggested a wonderful upgrade for the pedicure. SO WORTH IT! Then they explained shellac to us – which no other nail place had ever bothered to do – again, SO WORTH IT. We’ll definitely be back!

Very unfriendly! I was sat at the very back of salon to soak my nails. No one checked on me for a very long time and then they just push your hands around like there some object to dispose off. Just very rude.My nails look awful. Won’t be returning.

Just started going there Sept or Oct and just love Lee!!! She is the sweetest ever. One time broke 2 nails at work and just popped in to see if by chance they were even still open. Lee saw me and asked what I needed and held up my hand. They were about to close and I told her I would come back and she said “No..she can fix now”. I was so happy she was willing to stay to fix my broken nails, and they were my natural nails so she took the extra time to put tips on to match my other nails plus she just went ahead and repainted all my nails!!! In fact I broke 2 more AGAIN in the past couple of days, so Lee if you see this I will be in in the next day or two…going to just have tips put on all since I broke 2 more natural nails!!!

Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityWe called on Thursday and made an appointment at 4:30 on sat. We called on sat and asked if we can move our appointment to a closer time, she said yes and said we can come at 1:45.we got there at 1:41 and they didn’t get our nails started till 2:30.It wasn’t busy and a girl came at 2:00 and got her nails done before us. Another girl came at 3:30 and also got her nails done before us aswell.My friend got cut and they squeeze her finger and made her bleed,and just looked at her.He said he will give her a discount, they originally were $60.00 and she ended up paying $58.95. And for me they kept arguing with me about what designs I wanted and told me what I can’t get the design even though I went and they let me last time. Me and a friend got our nails done here about a week ago .. They’ve already cracked and broke were very thin! We had an appointment at 4:30 and they didn’t start our nails until almost 6 o’clock! They weren’t busy ! The lady applying my tips had her fingers in her mouth then processed to touch me very unsanitary!
