So this was my first time getting my nails done… They were very unorganized, they didn’t wash their hands between people, and they were very rushed. Which caused them to apply my acrylics on crooked, they didn’t even cut my cuticles nor push them back, they also didn’t add the acrylic all the way to my cuticle which makes it look like I’ve had the nails on for a week already… The guy that did my nails was a very rough filer, And caused my finger to bleed… It was an hour wait after I checked in and then I had to wait 15 minutes in the chair before someone finally came to assist me.. The color application was kind of splotchy on the sides of my nails, and they missed a few spots other than that it was okay I guess. I probably won’t be going back there… But I am satisfied with the color and all the color options… In the end I ended up paying $50 which was not well worth my money.

This is the second time I am very displeased. The last time the lady was watching YouTube as she was painting my nails she would stop in the middle of painting to watch YouTube as nail polish dripped on the side of my fingers. This place is great. They always accommodate my elderly mother by letting her stay in her wheelchair. They are always busy usually people waiting for them to open and they stay packed until closing. The only thing that aggravates me about this place is that they take people out of order even if you have an appointment. They will let aggressive, bossy, women bully thier way into a chair ahead of more docile clients.

Have taken my daughters here for years to get eyebrow waxing, have also had many pedicures done too. They are good people. I love this place. They are hard working people who never stop. Hard to find these days.

I got my lashes and they are falling apart in clumps after 3 days and when I called they told me I was not taking care of them, and I always do when I get my lashes done.
