Gathering at the Farm Staff
I haven’t been here in several years and I was shocked at how dirty and messy the place was. Nail brushes used to be in a cleanser jar and now they are used on the side of the sink. One was on the floor that no one bothered to pick up as well as a towel and various mail products. None of the counters wiped down and nail dust and clippings all over. I should have walked out but I wanted nails for vacation. I am now rescheduling with another salon to fix the horrible acrylic nails I had put on. They were thick, misshaped and looked like a child did them. There were 3 workers and for half of my appointment I was the only one there and the other half only had one person. So no excuse that they were rushed other than they were rushed to get back on their phones and watch videos. I will be calling the board of cosmetology today to have them inspect their facilities. Bad nails are one thing, but there is no excuse for having a trashy unclean salon.

Bad business. Called place at 2 to make a appointment for 3 of us to get nails done. Lady said she can get us in at 5:30 I said okay sounds good. Go to nail salon at 5 said I’m just walking around but we all are here. She said okay. Go back to nail salon at 525 she comes up and says she can’t do all of are nails that she can do 1 person nails and other tomorrow. Was so upset. We all wanted to get nails done together not different days and why wouldn’t she tell us she couldn’t get us in or something. Bad business for sure..

I have never been so disappointed the place was filthy nails on the floor the solutions to mix on the floor nothing looked wiped down then they kept wanting me to get a new set I said no just a fill in they turned their utensil thing on the highest setting to take the polish off it was so painful I asked for them to turn it down they told me to go somewhere else

Quick and professional. The ladies in there were super nice and did a great job. My set of acrylics lasted a month before one finally fell off before I was able to get in for a balancing and the others still looked amazing. Also super great pricing. I was just taking my bonus daughter to get her nails done for homecoming but it was so cheap that I had mine done too.
