I asked for white coffin nails and what I got in the end was horrible looking clumpy nails. This placed does not care about the quality of your nails they just care about how fast they can get you in and out. The shape of the nails were uneven, he globbed the layers of the nail polish so they didn’t dry right. I messed up two of them from moving to the drying station and he literally just painted over it just to “fix” it which only made the nails look worse. I tried to tell them about it politely but instead of looking how terribly he did my nails he blamed the nail polish because apparently white is difficult to paint. Coworker chimes in saying this is what I wanted, no what I wanted was professionally done nails.Poor customer service skills, horrible sloppy work, and very unprofessional when handling problems.

when the man was done putting the acrylic part on my nails a teenager went to put the other end on my nail and he got the stuff of my skins and he cut me and he didn’t even bother to say sorry. If you ever go I would recommend letting b get your nails done she is amazing and heard so many good things on how she does nails.
