Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityThe girl at the front could use some more customer service training . I was told there would be a 2 hour wait , when the lobby was not that full . I told her Nevermind I would come back in which she replied very rudely “yeah” and snatched the clipboard that I was signing in on . . I normally have NO COMPLAINTS.
