Da-Vi Nails

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityI went back on July 3rd, I had a mani and pedi done. The lady that did my pedicure was amazing and took her time doing my toenails and everything then I was sent to another woman to have my acrylic nails done. She rushed while doing my nails. The acrylic was sharp under my nails where it had over ran and she did not file them even after I asked her to do so, also she applied the gel polish terribly. It was very sloppy with paint all under the nail tips and on the sides of my fingers along with visible dirt under the clear coat. I went back on the 23rd of July for a full in. The gentleman that works there did them this time and he was truly amazing and super sweet! He took his time and made sure everything was perfect. I will definitely only go back to get my nails done if he is working and recommend him to anyone that goes there. He takes pride in his work and definitely gives you the experience you would expect when you spend a good bit of money. I went back on July 3rd, I had a mani and pedi done. The lady that did my pedicure was amazing and took her time doing my toenails and everything then I was sent to another woman to have my acrylic nails done. She rushed while doing my nails. Critical: ProfessionalismI called them to schedule an appt to get my nails taken off and painted. She said I don’t need an appt for that because its quick and to just walk in. I go up there and see 4 people waiting and they got me just standing up there looking like a fool like they don’t see me. I asked who I spoke to on the phone about taking my nails off and the lady told me to have a seat and wait. That was the whole point of me scheduling an appt. I go up there and see 4 people waiting and they got me just standing up there looking like a fool like they don’t see me.
