I went to this nail salon after several people I know recommended them. I went in shortly after they opened and they were able to get me in right away. The young woman who did my nails was very nice and made sure I was happy with the way my nails were looking. The entire time I was in there both of the women working there were very attentive to new customers. I would definitely go there again.

Horrible place ! My nails lasted 6 days after they were done and not the “3 weeks as the girl told me . So we called and she said she would redo them so we went up and she did them and then she was gonna charge us . Then we told her she said for free and then she started screaming and i told her just to take it off and she was supererrr rude to us she slammed out legs around i dont recommend this place .

Worst nail experience I’ve ever had! And I’ve never had a problem there before. The girl who did my nails was rude the entire time, practically got mad because I wasn’t happy with the nail color (dip powder turned out COMPLETELY different from the sample nails they have) and wanted it changed, on top of that she accidently cut me & not even once said sorry. They told my sister they couldn’t do ombre nail which is a lie because I’ve gotten it done there before. Neither of us got what we originally wanted, then we were over charged after. Why have prices listed if you don’t go by them?

Loved going there but this last time my nails are horrible! Uneven, not the color I chose and the person doing my nails had her children climbing all over her, taking her equipment and she spent more time trying to correct them than on my nails! Worst money I ever spent!

Horrific experience! One of the two guys working there that day I sn’t competent to apply gel polish, let alone acrylics. I’m not convinced someone this incompetent could ever be licensed. All I wanted was a fill and a simple black matte polish. The results are terrible! I complained while they were trying to hustle me to pay and get out so they could take other customers that the polish want cured properly (it was very sticky) and that the polish and acrylic looked terrible. There were obvious places on my nails with no polish at all, the rest is thick and bumpy. The second tech applied pure acetone to my fingers and nails repeatedly, trying to make the matte finish actually look matte. I ended up with a mild chemical burn. He gave up on the terrible looking polish, told me he wasn’t the boss and there was nothing he could do. He offered to “fix me up next time”. There isn’t going to be a next time, dude.

I think they do excellent work. Went to Ivy also for many years and since she left, Don at Di Vi’s and his wife are excellent. I personally have no problem communicating with them at all. Also they use the very best products Tammy Taylor.

I wish I could give zero stars!!! I went in at 2 PM and asked for a polish change. I was told they were short staffed and if I could come back at 5:30 pm they could take care of me. Walked around in the highlands until it was time, just to be told by TONY that I’d have to wait another 30 minutes because they were taking a walk in first!!! I guess since Tony is not raising the prices just yet, customer service is not important!!! Don’t waste your time or money!! I’ve known Tony since he was an employee at U.S. nails, I guess with money comes ATTITUDE!!! NEVER AGAIN
