I came to this location to have month old acrylic nails removed…. I came to this location because it opened the earliest and I have to work tonight….I have only had my nails done 3 times in my life. The nail tech told me that they only removed nails by “popping them off” I thought she was joking …. She wasn’t…. I asked if they could be soaked in acetone and drilled ( this method I am familiar with) She made it very apparent that this question was annoying her. Her male co-worker also chimed in stating “she already told you what she can do”. I then clarified by asking “ so you don’t remove nails by using acetone or drilling”? He then rudely states “don’t put words in my mouth” ……. It seemed that they were on the defense ♀️ it was an odd and uncomfortable experience. I ended up waiting for another shop to open and they easily provided the service I requested. If there are other methods of removing nails the nail tech should be able to communicate and educate professionally ✌️

Honestly I don’t want to put the one star. About a year ago I was rejected services from Lucy she said because I have my child she doesn’t want to do my eyebrows anymore after she’d done them years since he’s been born. She explained he moves to much and don’t want to mess up my eyebrows which is untrue. She has always done a good job so I was very disappointed for another reason its a convenient location but I Kindly left and been going to the walmart where the mass shooting happened at and never had an issue with my child being with me. Now that walmart is closed. I went back to Lucy tonight and ask could she do my eyebrows she said no I have my son and her male coworker he intervened. Here’s the problem I ask could they turn customers down for no reason. Instead of answering they decided lie and said I cussed Lucy out and lie and say my son runs around but first Lucy said it was because my son is moving then when I didn’t accept that answer she decided to lie and say I cussed her out when I didn’t accept that she decided to say I cussed her out multiple times. How did we go from my child moving to him running around to being cussed out once to multiple times. That shows she’s lying. Her male coworker thats always been rude and inappropriate to customer over the years but I’ve never had to deal with him so I’ve overlooked. He decided to talk for Lucy all I wanted was a number of someone over them which he refused to give me a contact name and number. He actually said he wasn’t going to this is why I’m writing a review. This place use to get alot of business but isn’t as much and that says a lot. I’m so disappointed to be lied on like that. I have always tip and even brought my daughter to get her nails done for prom although her nails were coming off the next day. I still continue to do business with Lucy. Looks can be deceiving. I didn’t expect to be lied on in front of two customers then not get contact information to report this matter. NOW I GET REPLY SAYING THAT I cant get my eyebrows done because you are making like my child will touch something he has never touch after coming in with the same child for many years that has the capability to sit down a short time while getting my eyebrows done. Instead of taking accountability for mistreatment decided to deflect. This place is just rude and very controlling. I would have respected you more for honesty instead of lying but the truth will come out of the type of business ppl you’re truly are.

LOOK all you ladies wh are looking for a good place to get your nails done. I was tired of my nails not being done right or the way I wanted them done, so I went on a quest to find a good nail shop. Well I have found it. Lucy did my nails and did a great job. I like my nails oval shape but everyone else wanted to make them pointed. I hate that look. She cleaned up the mess the rest of them made. So if you are tired of subpar nails give Da-Vi Nails a try. I am sure you will like it. Do not be in a hurry you might have a small wait, but it would be worth it.
