The nails quality was terrible I end up with acrylic on my cuticles and my fingers! The wax stick was used prior with another customer and they keep deep in the wax stick!! They keep talking between them not giving the customers the attention doing a bad job. Dirty bad service do not go here and waist your money. Nail cut & filing, Pedicure, Waxing

i went there to get my nails done for homecoming the lady was always either on the phone or attending other people she put the wrong color on my nails so now my nails do not even match my dress i picked the color mint and she put on ocean breeze the nails are all different lengths

It’s the most terrible experience my wife ever had. Firstly, worst customer service. We waited for more than an hour. She got her nails done half way and the lady who is doing her nails left to assist other customer and came back after 30 minutes to complete the rest. Once the nails were done, they looked so bad and the glitter was poking out with sharp edges. When my wife insisted on fixing it, the lady took another 30 minutes to come back and fix it (it was not totally fixed though). We wanted to leave but in the beginning we also requested for an eyebrow service. The lady said it wouldn’t take much time and it would be quick and this is what she did (peeled off the skin and left a mark). Never ever go to this store. This store don’t deserve any customers. If I could, I would’ve given 0 stars.

Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueLord have mercy, in my 40 years of living on earth this place by far is the worst one I have attended. There customer services suck.
