First walked in and thought it was a great place until the electric file came out… cut all 4 of my fingers (1st pic) and continued while all of the cuts were bleeding. Second photo shows that the woman didn’t even cover my entire nail with the acrylic powder. Lastly lady didn’t put enough polish on my pointer finger which left streaks on my nail. Overall I did not receive the service I was hoping for

I really enjoy coming here. The girls are so sweet and always welcoming, and the owner is the best. She goes above and beyond to make sure you’re happy with the services you are receiving. I was a little skeptical about coming here due to the other reviews and the fact that it’s inside a Walmart but I’m so glad I decided to give them a try. They have a customer for life now.

Got a fill today , made an appointment for 1pm waited until about 1:30 to be seen by someone. A lady gave me a fill she was very rude & rough filed me down to the core my nails were pink from filing so rough, fast and hard. I let her finish to see how bad this was going to come out! She rushed the entire time then left me to do someone’s eyebrows even though I have already been waiting my turn, told me not to watch her while she finished my nails?? I got a fill with gel color and a letter on 5 fingers to spell out a name .. total came out to $70 ?? That doesn’t sound right to me & I will not be returning!!

Worst nails I ever got anywhere in the country. I went here bc it was the only place open in 15 miles of my proximity. The lady nail tech used the electric file and literally shedded too much off my nail bed to where it burned and did it so much in center so the the tips of my natural nails flared up and out was the most absurd thing I ever experienced in a nail salon. I had gorgeous nails on from a salon in Miami and 2 fell off so I was only getting two put on to try to match the rest for an event I had that evening. I said ow and she didn’t apologize or anything acted like this behavior was completely normal and acceptable. The most beautiful acrylics I have had were all pain free and relaxing and nice experience so this was very new to me. She had my other nails to look at to match the coffin shape and still messed up the coffin shape. Instead of making the bottom acrylic thicker and curve and thin out towards the top she globbed it on all over as well as the gel. My nails were ombre and she brought the glitter down way to far so it did not match the rest of the nails and you aren’t suppose to bring the top color of the ombre past the free edge. Literally save your money and buy glue ons if you are thinking about going here. Glue ons look ten times classier and higher value than the trash nails they do here and you will leave in pain and with awkward, cheap, classless looking nails. I also told the lady I didn’t like the way they were shaped they did not match and that she brought the top color ombre down to far and she did not offer to accommodate me or anything. She complained that she was “tired”. Lady i’m use to nail salons that get more people in one day then they get all week. Worst customer service and terrible experience all around. I’m trying one more nail salon in NEPA and if that fails I am done with beauty services in this area and will gladly drive to Long Island for everything while in the North. What a nail nightmare!

So at this location they have two amazing nail tech Amanda and Vincent! The other lady’s are horribly unprofessional and not good at doing nails or designs. I really wish management would fix that problem im sure they would have 5 stars if they did… Pedicure, Acrylic nails, Nail art, Gel manicures

I got my eyebrows waxed .. and it was the biggest mistake of my life ! Not only did the lady scratch my forehead with her nails! But she got wax in my eyebrows, got wax in my hair because she put the used wax strip directly on my shirt and my hair got it on it. She waxed off basically my WHOLE eyebrows and to top all that off, on my JUST WAXED eyebrows she wiped them off with RUBBING ALCOHOL which burned so bad and get and I get home to look at this disaster and there’s still traces of wax all over my forhead, under my eyebrows, and side of my temples .. this place is horrible. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE !!
