Horrible from the moment I down in Kim’s chair. Pushing me to buy knock off hats. More attention on selling hats then paying attention to my request for a French manicure. Kim applied the white nail tips instead of the required clear tip for a FRENCH Manicure. Then became rude when I questioned it. Started taking off the white tips with clippers then soaking my hand in a bowl of ACID TONE. After the wrong tips were removed. I had to pull my hand away to let her know I needed to wash the ACID TONE OFF MY FINGERS!

The people were very friendly but within a few days one nail popped off, a few days later another. I finally just popped them all off, before my 2 week fill apt, and dealt with it. While the kindness & care the employees put in was appreciated, the poor quality of the products was not. My tech said he had been doing nails 20 years so ill chalk it up to quality of products & not the work, but either way, save ur hard earned money! This is not the place to spend it!!

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueThis was probably the worst pedicure I have ever gotten. It has nothing to do with being in Walmart, I have gotten fabulous pedicures in Walmarts before. They did not remove my old polish, the entire pedicure was rushed and I was barely allowed to pick out which pedicure I wanted. Each time I insisted I wanted the $25 one, I was directed to the $40 pedicure that I did not want. My boyfriend just wanted a massage and they said sure no problem. Then they tried to charge us $60 total which makes no sense at all. And absolutely is not worth it for a quick 30 minute pedicure and a 10 minute massage with no pressure. I was not allowed to pick out my own color, they told me they would pick for me if I told them the color I wanted. I asked for no color and they gave me French tips. They did not listen at all. They did not ask us if we wanted change when we paid, they assumed the entire thing was their tip. Overall, the worst experience I’ve ever had getting my nails done. Seen both the woman and the man come out the bathrooms without washing their hands, one even had the same gloves on walking and than they wanna sit there and touch people’s fingers and feet. I mean come on….that’s a health hazard. People can get sick. They’re nice people but not very hygiene minded when it comes to washing hands….it’s a profession and that can crack a health violation.

Completely ruined my girls nails after spending $70. My kids kept trying to get them to fix the nail polish that was bubbling and peeking off. They didn’t seem to care. Had to come home and file and repaint the nails. They are so thin are chipping will have to take them somewhere else to be fixed. Beyond disgusted. Would give them zero stars if I could.
