Well I am not happy with my nails the paint job does not look professional. The shaping looks like it’s done by someone practicing for their license and not someone who is actually charging customers. She was very nice but her skills need to be updated. She never even used the cuticle cutter on my cuticles or got the extra skin around my nails which is a huge issue for me. Moving to my pedicure I was informed after one foot was already done that I’d be charged extra for gel polish removal. So I asked her How will she do my pedicure if she doesn’t remove the polish and she looked at me like I was crazy the crazy one in this equation. I honestly want to know how do you expect to provide a service if I don’t agree to the charge? Will you just work around the 4 week old polish on my toes? This whole experience was a waste of time and money, needless to say I will not be returning.

They switched owners about a year ago and the new owner is great! He’s so friendly and really makes an effort to take you. Their prices are actually pretty low compared to others around the area. I love the gel manicures and they never disappoint. You should try the mood colors, they come out amazing.

The nails work is good but the salon is not clean. There were so many flies in the pedicure area, which is very unhygienic. Secondly the girls doing pedicure were using the same equipment rather then oping a new sanitized pack for the customers. Specially the pedi brush and stone. They need to train there staff to be more careful.

Would give 0 stars if possible. Went here while visiting my parents in the area, I live about an hour away. The woman who did my nails seemed to not know what she was doing, my normal 45-60 minute nails took nearly 2 hours, and every time I asked a question the woman next to her would answer and just say “She’ll fix it, don’t worry”. Not even 24 hours later my nails are bubbling and chipped. I called to speak to the manager and he is, for lack of anything better to say, a disgusting person. His response was for me to deal with the owner, but refused to give me the owners information. JOKE of a place.
