I’m not used to making comments, but in this place I was surprised by the bad attitude of some of these girls who work there. I only went because I needed a regular manicure service (anything fancy), which I think is the most economical and apparently they don’t like to do this service, because the first person who attended me, told me twice that I better get a manicure with gel… and I told her not for now… then she sent me to dry my nails, she didn’t say anything to me and she just left… then I asked another girl if she knew when my nails are done… and with a bad attitude too, she just told me … I don’t know when it’s regular manicure takes longer to dry and we just don’t know…

It’s a nail salon, if you’re expecting amazing things this is not the place. Customer service is non existent but they will sure speak up when it’s time to pay and they tell you to pay in cash instead of card lol. I only go here when I need to get in and out while running errands. If you’re looking to relax while getting a service done this is not the place. I feel as though they make up prices as they see fit. Ive noticed prices fluctuate. It just does what it needs to do with no frills.

Critical: Professionalism, QualityLiterally just left this place in tears. The nail tech filed through my fingers twice and then still tried to charge me the full price. When they never gave me the services that I asked for. Then the only thing they could give me off is $10. I rose my voice a little because now I am bleeding and they blamed it on being tensed. I paid the money and won’t be returning. The work that she did was horrible. Look at the picture. All of the nails are bulky and protruding. Literally just left this place in tears. The nail tech filed through my fingers twice and then still tried to charge me the full price. When they never gave me the services that I asked for. Had my nails done today. I used to love going to this place when I lived in the area but now that I’m 45 minutes away is harder but still manage to drive there. Unfortunately, the service is not the same, the girls catch an attitude and sometimes even raise their voice if you suggest something or ask a question. When other girls used to be there I used to be able to get great nail art but now they just tell me they can’t do it and keep it simple like the heart on this nail. Due to the fact that I cannot get the designs I want anymore, I will be going to another nail salon closer home. The drive is just not worthy anymore.

Terrible place, that lousy service they don’t know how to treat the customer and if they ask you to do something they don’t know how to do it, they can’t work with any type of nail or size, they are lousy. and they lack education and study . For what it’s worth..I was a long time customer. I won’t be back. It’s important for all of you to know that allowing two customers to sit within inches of another customer…me…and each blasting music on their phones..without saying a thing is awful. You’ve taken down the plexiglass between very tightly fitting pedicure seats so they were literally right next to me. I had to be the one to make a comment..none of you bothered to ask them to stop. When I did make the comment there was laughing!!! I came to relax. Then when you finally addressed this you pointed at me saying I thought it was loud!!…ME???!!, what about you??? What about your other customers who were bothered by this rude behavior???!!
