I really don’t understand why this place has such bad reviews. I had an amazing experience there today. The woman who did my nails did a beautiful job and her attention to detail was astounding. She didn’t just do my nails to get them done, she actively fixed and perfected her work throughout the whole process. Also, her nail painting was flawless. As a side note, she also has a very lovely voice and hums while she works, which was perfect for an antisocial person like myself who just got out of a 2 hour lecture after a 9 hour shift at work.

I wish I could give 0 stars. I called ahead, and was told there was no wait. I get there and have to wait 40 minutes. After I come back, there are people waiting so the lady is rushing, literally shoving and pulling at my hands. She spent a total of maybe 15 minutes on my gel manicure, which usually takes an hour. My nails are uneven, not even totally painted on the sides, lumpy, paint is on my cuticles, just AWFUL. NEVER again. Spent $35 just to have to get it redone somewhere else.

The girl took her time at first and was very friendly. She thinned out my poorly done acrylics and made the nails look natural and nice. The color looked nice. Then she added a gel top coat that I didn’t ask for. But I thought it might look nicer and make the shine last longer. I was wrong. They looked dull and awful when I got home. HORRIBLE job. On top of that, she charged me $5 extra for the “gel” polish that I didn’t freaking ask for. I won’t be back. Horrible.

Absolutely terrible! I used to go to them faithfully for years. Today I went in and needed my set soaked off and I said soaked 4 times well no she filled them and cut them and damaged my real nail from sticking a fake one under to get them off. Not to mention she was rude and acted like I was a bother! DONT waste money here.

Twee is the best nail lady here—hands down. She takes her time, is meticulous and great at shaping tips and acrylics. I’ve never been impressed with the other ladies at the salon.

Got a full set of acrylics with white tip. Lynn rushed to get them done. I had my son with me. He tried to sit in a comfy chair and she yelled at him telling him to sit in the chair she gave him (nobody was in the other chair). When she was done she told me to put my hands in the dryer and she then grabbed her iPad and started to watch something on it. Meanwhile I was sitting right in front of her. She then decided to eat in front on me and tried giving some to my son without my permission. Also my fingers are killing me now. All my nails are a different length. Never again! Worst $40 I ever spent

Excellent prices ! Excellent work ethic ! Lovely people and it’s not a spa but they do an excellent job and it won’t cost you and arm and a leg for great quality nails that last a long time! I am a frequent costumer and rely on this salon for all my nail needs please ignore the negative ratings and definitely give this place a chance!

They decide when they want to be open or not. Very rude, and they talk badly about customers as they walk away. If you put your name down or make an appointment, if someone comes five minutes before your appointment time they will take that person and make you wait another 30 minutes to an hour (this has happened to me and I also watched it happen to two customers as I was getting my nails done. )
