Le is the kindest, sweetest most caring nail tech EVER. I did powder dip ($35). He was very careful with not filing too much (my nails were very tender due to basically ripping off old nails that were falling off). He was so gentle and took amazing care doing my nails. He was meticulous. I’ve never had someone take the TIME to do my nails like this. He didn’t rush me, didn’t shove a bill in my face, didn’t rush me to the register like most of them do. Instead he sat me down at the fans for a few minutes, thanked me and started on another client, not once checking to see if I paid. Very nice people there, all of them. I went to 380 Nails for the first time today based on the awesome reviews and I’m happy to say, it was a great experience. Le is the kindest, sweetest most caring nail tech EVER. I did powder dip ($35). He was very careful with not filing too much (my nails were very tender due to basically ripping off old nails that were falling off). I gave this salon a try because my usual salon was booked up. They drilled gel polish off of my nails leaving them way too thin and the drill was burning my nails. So I asked to have them soaked off- she soaked them briefly and then continued to remove the gel with a course nail file. My nails have never been so thin and are already breaking and chipping a day later. Not to mention the polish is bumpy and uneven. The hostess was friendly I’m just beyond disappointed with the negligence of the mail tech. I understand that it’s faster to drill it off but I was the only customer there so it seemed very unnecessary. Will not be going back and rip to my nails.

Great customer service the moment I walked in the door I felt very welcomed. Everyone is friendly and there was all smiling faces. I don’t get my nails done that often but decided to step out of my comfort zone and get a gel manicure today! I usually just stick to boring regular polish, It is my very first time trying out gel and I love it. No waiting, my nails dried right away! My nail technician listened to what I do and don’t like, she did a very good job of cleaning my cuticles. I will definitely be back again. The owners and staff make sure the customers get what they want. I left here feeling happy as ever! I feel this place goes unnoticed or easy to pass because of the location, it is right by a Valero gas station on highway 380 and not much other businesses around, so they are a little underrated. please come try them out!
