The guy that did my pedicure is awesome! I didn’t like the nail tech (Yin) that did my manicure, she wasn’t friendly and didn’t do a good job. I have a piece of hair that’s on my nail under the clear coat and my nails are sharp. She didn’t ask how I wanted my nails shaped and she didn’t listen when I told her my nails were too long. I will NOT be going back!!

Critical: Professionalism, QualityI recently visited this location for an eyebrow wax. I showed Nay a picture of how I wanted my eyebrows because last time she took the majority of my naturally thick eyebrows off. Needless to say it took a whole year to grow back. I believe in second chances and I went back. I don’t like thin eyebrows because it doesn’t suit me. Anyway she had one eyebrow perfectly thick and the other very thin. My brows were noticeably NOT the same size. When I confronted her about her mistake, she argued with me and said it’s the same size. Stevie Wonder can tell the difference!!! I told her I’m not stupid she’s inexperienced and she does just what she wants. She had a very nasty attitude which is very unprofessional!
