I work in this business plaza, and I tried this place just for convenience. They give the most thorough and enjoyable hot stone pedicures here! My fingernails are always gorgeous when I get SNS. They really listen to what you ask for and pay attention to detail.

I went and asked for a design that had line work and gems, was quoted 85 he realized they didn’t have the metallic polish to go the design I requested, would not let me get glitter French tips but offered ombré glitter. It’s not ombre there’s no light to heavier glitter effect. When I told him it wasn’t ombré he said ‘how do you know what ombre is’ I shut up after that to get out faster. I was still charged 85, even though I had NO line work or gems… they said it was because of time spent.. but that left me confused how my original request with three stars on each nail, and 11 gems per hand was the same.

I was seen within 5 mins after arriving. It was so clean & everyone was nice. I love my nails & toes! The service was great however they are a little slow- I was there for 3 hours . Very unprofessional they do not welcome walk-ins had to look on the door although it’s posted “Walk-in’s Welcomed” this is not the case. I’ve lived across the street for about four years from this place and wanted to give my neighborhood a chance instead of taking a long drive for nail service. These people are catering to a very specific demographic it’s sad but obvious, when me and another lady walked in we were met with lots of chatter no hello no welcoming nothing they seems mad we came in but had just chatter amongst them in their language you could tell they didn’t want to serve us but we signed in waited any way then one ask us each if we called we said no and the gentleman in the back came out with LOTS of chatter and was clearly bothered by our presence you could tell he was letting the other workers know he was not going to serve us and them either after about 20 mins a worker stepped away from her pedi to approach the lady that walked in before me to sit in a chair at a station about 5 min later a group of teenagers come in I guess they were the call but we had been there a half hour at this point the guy comes to me and tells me they called so you’ll have to wait….. keeping my $ and finding an establishment equipped to serve more than two people there were literally two customers in the place…. If you’re brown keep pushing there are plenty of Asian business people that love their job and love the people they serve this is NOT that type of establishment. First impressions count oh well… I know where to spend my coin $ y’all must know the places that are for you.
