What can I possibly say I love this place! They are welcoming and wonderful! Christy takes great care of me! I love my nails and my brows! I drive across town for her and I am never disappointed. I’ve been going here for 2.5 years off and on now I’ve never had any problems always been happy with my nails I typically get ombrés sometimes I’ll switch it up the older guy is the one that mostly does mine he’s always done great done what I asked for they turn out beautiful last 3-4 weeks before I need a fill…. I went in today after 3 months of giving my nails a break the guy wasn’t available which was perfectly fine Linda(young lady) was the one that did them and she did amazing I like the fact that she did proper cuticle care before getting started with the other things she took her time when she asked what shape I wanted I was unsure she helped with suggestions that would better support with what was going on with my natural nails my overall experience today was amazing I did make sure I got her name so I could make an appointment with her the next time I go

I came in to get a pedicure .I chose the color and the nail tech that did my toes painted the correct color on my toenails. I then decided to get a fill-in on my finger nails and told the nail tech I wanted the same color as my toes I gave her the number and when she started painting my fingernails I told her it was the wrong color after she painted one nail .she then tells me that it will change colors with the second coat I said I don’t think you grabbed the correct color she ignored me and continued to paint my nails I showed her my toes and they are a different color they are pink not the reddish maroon color she was putting on my nails she then told me that I would have to wait to do a nail polish change because I told her the wrong color . Instead of corrupting the issue she made me wait and get back in line with all of the other people that had been waiting to get their nails done. After waiting an hour and a half to have her mistake corrected she told me I would have to come back next week because she was booked up I then asked her if somebody else could change the color and she said it’s not allowed she would have to change it and I would have to come back another day . Worst service ever .

I work in Charlotte and stay in Morganton half the time and not once have I gotten a better nail service outside of DT nails. I work at a club so it’s important for me to get nails done that are gonna last a long time, and here they do a great job of that. The whole place is clean and spacious and always good vibes here. When I look next to me, I always see a beautiful pair of nails! I recently came in and asked if they had Apple Pay, which they told me they didn’t, after I had already got “quoted” 95 for the set I wanted. I told them I only had 90 cash since they couldn’t take Apple Pay and I left my card. They said that was ok and got started. I had the most kind and detail oriented man as my nail tech this time and I couldn’t be happier with the results. I’m definitely going back in to see Len for a fill in!! Thanks DT nails

Tore up my cuticles. Every single finger was cut. I even asked the tech to be carefully after she cut the first one and she continued to rush. I even flinched a few times and she kept going. She was laughing and looking around talking to co-workers instead of paying attention. Acrylic nails

Positive: Punctuality, Qualitythey look absolutely fabulous! the only thing i didn’t like was there were an uneven # gems on my nails. there was 6 on one and 7 on the other. not a huge deal, just something i notice. otherwise they look great. i did bleed tho, the nail lady accidentally cut my skin under my nail when trying to take of my previous acrylics.Service: Acrylic nails
