Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueTyler and Daisy are so wonderful! I love how professional they are and my nails always look amazing! If something goes wrong they are so willing and ready to fix the problem! They want to treat everyone like family. I’ve been going to them for 8 months and never had a problem. Tyler and Daisy are so wonderful! I love how professional they are and my nails always look amazing! If something goes wrong they are so willing and ready to fix the problem! They want to treat everyone like family. I’ve been going to them for 8 months and never had a problem. They can do any design you show them. I highly recommend them! 3/16/22 update: don’t ever let the woman at table #2 do your nails!!! She cut two of my fingers and my nails look so bad.. worst experience at a nail studio, don’t let her touch your nails! She’s very rough and attention to detail is very poor. Wait for Tyler or daisy if you can……

LT did an amazing job on my nails. This was hands down the best manicure I’ve ever had. I came in with my nails destroyed by another mail tech and he gave them life again. I’m actually still here lol, I’m getting a orange peel pedi and the workers are really sweet, and gentle but still makes sure to get all the dead skin off! They offered me a drink and I picked sprite. 10/10 and they haven’t even painted my nails yet and I love it here, will be coming back Pedicure

The only time I had a great experience was when the owner did my nails(Tyler is his name I believe) The other employees have done a terrible job and I gave them a chance because I kept going. However, few days ago I scheduled an appointment and the guy soaked my nails for almost 30 min. He had left after he asked me to soak my nails and it was 20 min after when I asked how much longer (didn’t realize the guy left for the day) so the girl said 10 more minutes as the other guy who was there was doing another girl’s nails was almost done. I knew the process and said that is not going to take 10 min and she said yes they do a good job and fast. I said I don’t want him rushing on the girls nails but she kept insisting, So I said “ok I’ll wait” nope 10 minutes later he was no where near getting done. I told the girl I have to leave becuase I cannot wait any longer and my fingers were so cold from the acetone. I advised them I can’t just keep my fingers soaked because I had acrylic so she came and filed them to take it off (she had to stop working on the person she was doing nails on) it’s just upsetting when I schedule an appointment and instead of declining because they’re busy they accept.

They do not keep appointments and are extremely unprofessional. Set an appointment for my bridesmaids and myself and wanted to try them out ahead of time to make sure it’s where I wanted to go. Walked into my appointment I had made the day before and was told it would be a 20-30 minute wait. When I said I had an appointment they were about to make one of the walk-Ins get out of her pedi chair and go back to waiting. I walked out and cancelled our wedding appointment.
