I had a weird experience – asked for shellac, picked out a shellac color, but then was instructed to dry my nails with a fan (and not the blue light shellac heater). It took a very long time, I was running late so had to leave in a hurry and immediately messed up the manicure. I also had a hurt toe, told the woman not to worry or cut it. Extremely disappointing experience today. I had an appointment at 1pm but due to road works I was 8 mins late! I called to inform them of that delay. It would have been polite to let me know if they weren’t able to see me due to this. Don’t start on my pedicure then put me on hold to attend a regular customer. That is so wrong!!!

This place didn’t have very good customer service. Usually when you go into a nail place a nail stylist comes up to you to see what kind of service that you want. Afterwards, either they walk you over to cashier or another person comes over to cashier. Neither of those things happened. It didn’t seem like anyone was in charge, and tho’ the place had only a few customers, no one came up to us. Instead, we had to find someone who was interested in helping us. So one women started doing both our nails even tho’ there seemed to be several stylists around. Then in the middle of my friend’s pedi another woman took over. That’s fine, but they didn’t tell us anything. Then this second women disappeared without a word before she was done. My friend wanted a Mani too, but thought it was too chaotic.

No one answers phone. No way to leave a vm message. Been trying for a few hours. Message says “leave a remote access code”? Frustrating and frankly poor customer service. How hard can it be to change your vm message so customers can receive a call back during your busy times. This is part of running a business.
