Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI’ve been going to Mia for about 4 years and I’ve NEVER wore my hair down or enjoyed having curly hair until she took care of my hair. She’s honest with sharing what needs to be improved on, how will we get there, if you need/don’t need something, Which I really appreciate. I basically just do whatever she tells me because I know she’d never steer me wrong. Recently, she also started doing my highlights and shared the ins and outs of the strength of products that we need to use, color scheme, how changing products to something gentler as curly hair is more sensitive will help me get my hair in a healthier state. I’ve been going to Mia for about 4 years and I’ve NEVER wore my hair down or enjoyed having curly hair until she took care of my hair. She’s honest with sharing what needs to be improved on, how will we get there, if you need/don’t need something, Which I really appreciate.
