Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityI went there to get hair straightening treatment, and have told Soon about the bad experiences that I had before. I had this treatment before and wanted to get a touch-up for the new hair growth. She kept pulling it very hard and while telling me the section she’ll be working -close to the root- but there weren’t any mirrors in front of me to see what she’s talking about as I was standing next to the receptionist desk. Also, how do you expect some to turn their head to see anything if you’re pulling the hair and it’s closer to the root. Anyway, after telling her about my previous bad experiences, she said she can’t do it, which’s fine. but then, changed her mind and I scheduled an appointment in 3 weeks. She contacts me 3 days before appt. and tells me that she’ll not do it. But why wait all that time? Also, she complained about me hair being treated before, even though I addressed that w/ her before and she’d be only working on the new hair growth. She then proceed to say that there might be an overlap and since she doesn’t know the products prev. used, she won’t do it. I gave her the names and their brands that I got from my prev. hair stylist. I went there to get hair straightening treatment, and have told Soon about the bad experiences that I had before. I had this treatment before and wanted to get a touch-up for the new hair growth.
