Worst manicure I have ever received. The lady ripped all of my original acrylic off my real nails. I had to tell her three times my nails were uneven and I paid $10 extra for the gel paint for it to look absolutely terrible. Uneven coat, I am so upset that I wasted my money here. And she also over charged me $10 then what their sign says. I will never be back here again. Do not waste your money I now have to find a new salon to fix this mess.

Critical: Quality, ValueMy best friend took me here for my first pedicure ever and they did a horrible job. The nails on my hands and feet were both messed up and uneven. We requested gel polish and got regular even though extra $$ was paid for it. She spent $260 for awful looking nails and toenails that were already falling off and chipping within 2 days. My best friend took me here for my first pedicure ever and they did a horrible job. The nails on my hands and feet were both messed up and uneven. We requested gel polish and got regular even though extra $$ was paid for it. She spent $260 for awful looking nails and toenails that were already falling off and chipping within 2 days. My daughter and i went to get nails done. The man was rude but the lady was half way nice. My daughter polish came off on the second day but 2 weeks later my nails are still on. Would of been a nicer atmosphere IF they would speak English in front of customers and not half & half. It makes customers uncomfortable because we don’t know what you are saying. Speak english !! The man needs to learn to be a people person or at least fake it..

Critical: Professionalism, QualityCame in wanting to get my nails done before my cousins funeral next week. I was wanting a purple French tip with a nude background, coffin shape. When it came time for her to paint she asked if I was fine with square and I said I wanted coffin and she said it was too late. Then when she painted my nails they turned out to be a robin color blue and the background was pink!! Not to mention the shape and length of my nails are uneven. Came in wanting to get my nails done before my cousins funeral next week. I was wanting a purple French tip with a nude background, coffin shape. When it came time for her to paint she asked if I was fine with square and I said I wanted coffin and she said it was too late. They gave me a bad treatment here, my hand hurt very badly, I said my hand did not like the nails do not spend their money here, they give a bad service to treat badly. YOU DIDN’T SPEND YOUR TIME AND MONEY WITH THIS KIND OF PEOPLE and apart from doing a bad job he attends to me badly and I treat myself badly. He wanted to teach all those who were there that what my looks looked like I pulled very ugly my hand hurt me. Very rude and unprofessional! I first thought…it maybe the color of my skin because i do know they think that Brown people dont pay nor tip! I will tip big if im satisfied. She asked for the money 1st, then painted and placed my nails under the nail dryer i could only use it twice and they still werent dry. She told me i was done and to still be careful. Of course they weren’t dry still messed one of my nails up. I will never go back again!
