I love D nails! I’ve been coming here for a few months now and I absolutely love it. Love the reasonable pricing, the people who work here, and the services! I’m about to go on vacation for spring break and needed to get my acrylic nails done with gel polish and also needed a gel pedicure as well. They have a great variety of colors to choose from without feeling overwhelmed, and the lady who did my nails (so sad I can’t remember her name) was super helpful when it came to decide on a color and nail shape. I ended up going with this super pretty pink color. I always go with almond shape but she easily persuaded me into trying coffin and I love it! Super satisfied and couldn’t have asked for anything better. I will definitely continue to go here!

Critical: QualityThis place was awful I made an appointment at 330 and the lady didn’t believe me I had to show her my phone. Then when I went to get my manicure some guy came from the back smelled like cigarettes, and of course cam to do my nails I got a gel manicure. He didn’t even clean around my nails or under them, he filed my skin instead in my nails and halfway painted my nails. I had polish on my hands and around my fingers. Then I got a regular pedicure for 25. At the end the lady tries to tell me it was 35 even though I didn’t get gel in my toes. I got my manicure 8hours ago and it’s already chipping. I told them I had to go to a funeral and I wanted them to look nice. She went to redo the manicure the man did and just painted over it. I was really upset and then she snatched my card when it was time to pay. Today was my first time visiting this salon. I got an acrylic full set. I’m all about the convenience so when I saw I could make an appointment online I was immediately happy. I came and checked in and had about a 10 minute wait time, this was no problem for me because I’m very indecisive and need plenty of time to pick my color. I had a gentleman technician. He took his time perfecting the shape and smoothness of the acrylics and did a great job applying the gel. The total was $58 with a card. The price was not any better or worse than any other salon in my opinion. I’ll definitely be back.

When I called the salon I asked if there was availability and was reassured that there was enough time for my friends and I to get our nails done. When we came in there was a huge wait which was fine since it was a last minute request but I was told when I called that they had open availability. They then put our walk in appointment ahead of people who made appointments ahead of time which is not a good business practice. When I was getting my nails done they insulted my nails and said they were hard to paint which I have never heard before. The manicure I received was messy, the nail polish I had on previously was not fully removed first before the manicure was started, and when the manicure was finished there was nail polish all over the skin around my nails. I will not be returning to this salon.
