Critical: QualityThe Pedicure was absolutely fabulous, would give her 5 stars…The nails were horrible..very thick, uneven and she couldn’t make them look like nails. I stopped her before they were done and told her I would finish them at home. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueMy boyfriend and I got pedicures here last weekend and they were great! There we only two employees working but, they remained professional when handling clients. It only took about 45 minutes for the pedicures and the ladies who did them were very friendly and funny. I have been going to D-nails for several years and have always been treated very professionally, kind, and received expert nail care. I was surprised to read the negative review regarding color. Myself, children and grandchildren have never felt overlooked even if I made a reservation at the last minute. We have been there when they take others before us. I always felt these people had a standing appointment which, of course, was as it should be. D-Nails personnel always worked us in as fast as possible.

We don’t use race as an excuse, but this morning my daughter and I arrived at this nail salon before they opened and once they opened we proceeded to check in and pick our colors. A few minutes later a Caucasian lady arrived, the shop owner proceeded to greet her and place her in one of the chairs totally ignoring us even though we arrived earlier. We were never greeted nor asked what service we needed. We proceeded to sit down and wait for 10 minutes l and within that time we were not welcomed at this salon so we left. I was just wondering if since we’re brown our money is not good enough?
