I came in today and after I left j noticed that there were quite a few issues with my nails, so I called to see what could be done. I called and explained what happened and was promised a refund when I came back in about 30 minutes. I go back, and they tell me u cannot get a refund and that they could not do anything. Then I asked for the manager and was told that they were in Las Vegas, so I asked for the phone number, got the phone number with no answer so I left a voicemail. Then I asked if I could at least get the shellac removed and was told no and that the manager would now be back at the store at 1 PM tomorrow, when originally they did not know when they were going to be back. My nails look nothing like the picture that I showed and I am beyond disappointed. I was really looking forward to having some cute nails before the school year started. Nobody should be proud of the work that was done.

This use to be a good spot to go, not anymore nail paintings look like a little kid did them uneven some spots you can see right through the polish other spots its extra thick. Nails started falling off a week after I got them. Not to mention the color changing polish is so old it looks kinda tyedyeish when it trys to change color. The pedicures are still amazing but need an all in one place.

paid $50 for dip powder nails. would recommend this place if you’re in a rush, dont want an intricate nail design or a friendly nail tech. originally asked for a design with a lot of line work with a coffin shape.. they told me they could do it and obviously could not. it wasnt like the pictures at all. she did the line work thick and sloppy, almost looked like there was no effort. had to get something else bc i refused to leave with my nails the way they looked. but i kept the lumpy “coffin” shape bc i didnt want to be there for another hour.theyre ok but i wouldnt be back. theres little mistakes, she was rushing bc she messed up. pedicure was great and the nails look okay from far away. ive had better press ons.

I knew they kept talking about me because they kept saying dip and the girl doing my nails was laughing so hard she stopped doing my nails multiple times and laughed amongst each other. They barely massage your feet or exfoliate your heels. NOT as advertised and they charge $50 plus tip. Definitely not worth the money. Pedicure

I had a great experience here. Just moved to town and came for a pedicure. I was assisted promptly. I came for a gel pedicure and she did a great job- was also super friendly and paid close attention to detail. It was super relaxing and she massaged my legs and feet longer than I expected which was a godsend for me cause I have a baby at home and the pedicure was a real treat. Would definitely return here. 🙂

I walked in with the most disgusting nail job from TK Top Nails in Puyallup.I should have known better.I showed the ladies a picture of what I wanted and then my nails on my hands of what TK did. I was so upset I was almost in tears. I was seated and they went to work on me. 2 hours later (after closing) I walked out of there with a beautiful set of light pink hot pink ombre. Absolutley awful service. My cousin and I went in the other day to get acrylics and the service was horrible. One lady walked away in the middle of doing my nails, and the other was on her phone constantly. It took them like 2 hours to finish my nails because they kept walking away. And they did a horrible job. My nails are so uneven, and streaky, and they just look so bad. I’m normally a really good tiper and was going to give them a 7 dollar tip, until they treated us so badly. They got no tip, and I’m never going there again. So unprofessional.

My friend and I had appts at 5:30, they were ready for us which was good. But the service went downhill from there. My pedicure was the worst I ever had and the polish started chopping within 2 weeks.
