First time coming here and I will definitely be coming back! Sang did my nails and he was phenomenal. He took his time and was gentle. I showed him a picture and he did my nails exactly like the picture. The prices are also very reasonable for the area. Nail art, Acrylic nails

On Saturday January 28 I came in to do gel-x and I left with a full white set (pictured below). Sunday was fine but once Monday (January 30) rolled around I noticed the tip of some nails were a light yellow, I didn’t really think much of it until mid-day they all got worse. By Monday night they were a very faint orange, by Tuesday (January 31) morning they were maybe light orange by end of day Tuesday they were completely orange, EVERY SINGLE FINGER, some nails started to hurt. I came in to speak to someone and I got the manager, she immediately became hostile once I brought up a refund and just started getting loud with me. Basically saying “that’s what happens when you get white nails”. I’ve been getting my nails done for YEARS I have done all sorts of colors, shapes and sizes, my nails have never discolored. Instead of treating me like a human being and giving me good customer service, she tells me, “You can remove the nails, but you have to pay”. Now why would I pay for something that is at fault of the nail salon. I got no apology just hostility, she had no intention of helping me. Very disappointing.

I started going to DN nails about 1 1/2 years ago. After some research I quickly settled on having Hani do my dip manicure and pedicure. Last week I went in and it will definitely be my last visit. I would often leave with a few bloody spots around my nails, but this last time 7 of my fingers were bloody. It was painful and my hands did not look nice with all of the cuts! But my biggest issue is that the pedicure resulted in a disgusting ingrown. I have never had any issues with this in the nearly 20 years I’ve been doing my nails. I now have to go to a podiatrist to treat the awful condition my toe was left in. This is so disappointing, but I can’t ever go back here

I had a horrible eyebrow waxing experience here. If you love yourself please steer clear of this place. An employee named Precious waxed my eyebrows and she did a terrible job they are two different shapes and widths. I called to complain about the service the owner said I will not be refunded but given a “gift card” to return to their salon. I am currently inconsolably sobbing I have school in 4 days now I have to go looking a mess. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Hanii is the best, she’s super kind, professional and gives you what you want. Long, short, square, almond. I think i have had every single shape and she “nails” the shape every single time . She also does my little girl nails and treats her the same young or not. This is HUGE because most places dismiss kids. if your looking for a place to do nails please ask for my girl Hanii
