Horrible business!! I loved coming here, until today! I walk in, john the owner is outside on the phone, he asks me what I wanted done. I said a fill and a pedi, he says we do pedi first, he sits on his phone 45 minutes then people come in and guess what?? My business no longer mattered, he couldn’t do my nails!! I would have rather had my nails done than a pedi anyday!! Lost my business! It’s sad because tony and Kim are amazing nail techs! Obviously the owner doesn’t want any business, he would rather let his employees do the work so he can sit on his phone! Very sad!! Make sure you have spare time when coming here that you want to sit and wait!!

Went with my mother in law three months after I had my baby. The woman doing my nails insisted on “fixing” my eyebrows after explaining to her I didn’t have the extra money to she laughs and says “well, look like a man then”. I was appalled. I was three months postpartum, my mother in law was trying to be sweet and get me out of the house for the first time since having him and this is how we were treated. Will not be going back.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI WISH I COULD GIVE ZERO ⭐️This is the absolute worst nail salon I’ve been too in 25 years!! Jon cut 2 of my fingers and they look horrible! They are all uneven the acrylic is down on my skin on the sides of my nail.. and when I asked him to fix them he said no it look good.. so I asked again and he said it would be a $10 charge to fix it?? Why would I pay more when you messed them up and it could be a simple fix.. just get the tool that you cut me with and go around the edges of the nail.. Took my three daughters in for prom nails and some nails were not fully painted and they all had streaks. The tips weren’t sealed and caused immediate peeling. My daughter asked for a certain length and they filed way to short and proceeded to tell me they could only polish them because they are to busy. I will never come here again. I swear the lady was gonna help my daughter out and then John pretty much told her no. Wth
