Otto did a great job cutting my mother in law’s hair but unfortunately the salon is very unprofessional. We were not acknowledged when we arrived(they were busy talking to someone selling perfume). The owner and stylist were screaming, cursing and fighting with each other over money. We asked to stop services and leave but were not listened to. One staff person barely intervened. You are better off going elsewhere.

It’s easy how a good work can be damaged for a bad experience , a made a scheduled personally by the phone whit Otto hi says that he will attend me to de 6 am, next day I calling him when I was living from my house to the beauty salon and he never pick up the phone when I arrive to the salon at de 6 am he never show there. I lost money and I lost the opportunity to see me good in the weeding of my best friend for this bad experience
