My second time at this nail shop and today’s visit was a little different. This time I made an appointment and waited close to 30 minutes to be seen. It seems as though it’s just best to do walk-ins here. The last time I was here I just walked in and was seen within 10 minutes. The lady that did my pedicure did a good job. However, what caught me off guard today and why I’m giving a low rating is that when I asked how much would it be for a simple flower design on my toes the lady said $10.00. I have never paid $10.00 for a toe design. This was very disappointing to hear especially knowing that the last time I was there I only paid $5.00 for a toe design.

I had a appointment and they had me waiting 30 minutes, customers were coming in and they were getting called in before me. I had to ask about my appointment and then I got called in. I got a manicure and was told I was good to go, but my nails weren’t dry and got messed up before I left the building. I felt I completely wasted 1 and a half hours of my day. It’s hard finding a good nail salon. Not coming back.
