Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueI came here and asked how much a pedicure would be….they showed me the list price and said the cheapest was $23. When we came for our appointment 3 hours later, they said they don’t do the $23 dollar one any more….the next one up was $30. After I complained they gave it to me for $23. Then when the lady did my pedicure, she didn’t put separators in my toes…..that’s a first. But the two people I came with they got them. So I then asked and complained why I didn’t get them. She came back and put them on. Messed up my pedi and had to do a touch up. The total pedi took less than 20′. Plus I noticed they don’t use plastic bags in their tubs…..so it’s not the most sanitary place. Plus they reuse the scub brushes….she cleaned it after she used it on me and put it back in her drawer. Critical: Quality, ValueI’m normally not one to post online about companies but I’m so upset and disappointed. I went to this nail salon and few times and they did a great job but this last time a guy did my nails and they are terrible. First of all the shapes were all wrong and my thumb nail was completely uneven. I went back and the same guy tried to fix my nails which ended up leaving them worse. He filed so far into my thumb nail that the quick is showing! Now I’ve had two nails break off. Like my nails are breaking off while I’m doing everyday tasks and I’m so upset because I worked really hard to grow them out and now I’m going to have to go somewhere and spend more money to hopefully have them fixed. This guy doesn’t know what he’s doing or needs more training. I’ve never had powder nails this terrible. I went to this nail salon and few times and they did a great job but this last time a guy did my nails and they are terrible. I happened to be on my way back from Roanoke Black Friday shopping YEARS ago when my Mom & sister decided they were going to Roanoke & wanted me to wait & go with them. To kill time & wait on them I stopped in D&L nails in the old building. I was nervous b/c it was my 1st time trying them. Leanna was so sweet & friendly I have remained a customer. There are times that I’m not able to get to Daleville to have my nails done & I will have them done local but they never do the wonderful job I have done at D&L. I love going to D&L nails. I happened to be on my way back from Roanoke Black Friday shopping YEARS ago when my Mom & sister decided they were going to Roanoke & wanted me to wait & go with them.
