Positive: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI’m a perfectionist and super picky about my nails. I’ve tried 10 salons across OC and this is my favorite! I’ve come on several occasions now and had multiple people do my nails and they’ve consistently done a beautiful job.

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI’ve lived in Laguna niguel for over two years but just recently found “my nail place” after trying many in the area. I like the small space the friendly environment and the good quality of services here. Tina does my nails and Oanh (pronounced Juan) does my pedicures. I will not go anywhere else now that I found them. No pressure or upsells ever. I’ve lived in Laguna niguel for over two years but just recently found “my nail place” after trying many in the area. I like the small space the friendly environment and the good quality of services here. Tina does my nails and Oanh (pronounced Juan) does my pedicures. I will not go anywhere else now that I found them. No pressure or upsells ever. Very relaxing time and kind staff.

Critical: ProfessionalismMy regular salon is closed on Sunday and I needed a manicure prior to a meeting on Monday morning which led me to walk into D.K. Nails & Spa, just down the street from my home. My manicurist, Dee, seemed friendly, however, she criticized the condition of my nails throughout the manicure and spoke to others, in Vietnamese, causing laughter as she performed the manicure. Draw your own conclusions. Upon finishing, she said the bill was $17.00 wherein I proceeded to hand her a 20, a 5 and two one dollar bills. I expected $10 in change, which I intended to give her as a tip, as my nails were quite ragged. However, she didn’t offer me change, but rather physically pushed me out the door with her hand on my back, chattering something in Vietnamese. My regular salon is closed on Sunday and I needed a manicure prior to a meeting on Monday morning which led me to walk into D.K. Nails & Spa, just down the street from my home. Critical: Professionalism, QualityI may have returned until she changed the price on me when it came to pay. The brochure said the exact price but she insisted it wasn’t accurate. They also would not honor the coupon I had. Which is how I found them on the first place. I left upset and definitely scammed.
